I’m David York aka Yorkie. I play in South East Sheffield with a fantastic group of over 60s players, affectionately known as The Silver Foxes. I’m also an England Over-70s footballer for the 11 aside squad and the England Walking Football squad. I’m currently experimenting with a higher dosage of L-Citrulline Malate.

At the moment I use 3 g (2 g Citrulline and 1 g Malate), but I’m trialling an increase to 9 g (6 g Citrulline & 3 g Malate).

Citrulline supports blood flow and endurance, giving enhanced performance during training and matches.

Malate (malic acid) may aid energy production and recovery by helping clear fatigue-related byproducts.
